From Competencies to Curriculum Design

Following the successful Fintech and Business Analytics (FintechBa) Workshop at Powislanski University, the ERASMUS-EDU-2023-EMJM-DESIGN project advanced to its third pivotal gathering at Madeira University". "This workshop was dedicated to translating the previously identified competency frameworks into concrete curricula and institutional course structures for the joint Master's program.

Participants engaged in intensive sessions focused on reviewing the FinTechBa Competencies platform, conducting international benchmarking using frameworks like EQF and ECTS, and developing detailed course structures and specifications from each partner institution". "The collaborative objective was to align these proposals and design a cohesive joint curriculum and an effective delivery model
