Surveys Finalized

The surveys intended for needs analysis were thoroughly reviewed and finalized during a highly collaborative workshop, with a clear calendar established for their timely completion and execution

Partnerships Strengthened

The meeting significantly reinforced the collaborative bonds among academic partners and proactively explored potential synergies with industry stakeholders, notably highlighted by the insightful visit to Teletrade Sousse.

Upcoming Workshops Scheduled

A structured series of future workshops were successfully scheduled: the 2nd Workshop at Powislanski University (February-March 2025), the 3rd Workshop at Madeira University (May-June 2025), the 4th Workshop at Helwan University (October-November 2025), and the 5th Workshop at the University of Sousse (February 2026).

Key Outcomes and Future Directions

Online Meetings Confirmed

Plans for intermittent online meetings between the physical workshops were confirmed, ensuring continuous progress and coordination.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

A draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to be diligently circulated to all partners for comprehensive review and subsequent signature, thereby formalizing the partnership framework.

Deliverables Progression

All partners are now poised to focus intently on the crucial implementation of the needs analysis and on diligently advancing towards the deliverables meticulously outlined during the meeting.
