Developing the Joint Master’s Program Competency FrameworkThis pivotal workshop, the second in a series, focused on critical aspects of the FintechBa project, including in-depth survey data analysis and the foundational development of the joint Master’s program competency framework
From Needs Analysis to Competency Frameworks
The Fintech and Business Analytics (FintechBa) Workshop, hosted by Powislanski University, marked a significant step forward in the ERASMUS-EDU-2023-EMJM-DESIGN project. Building upon the initial Kick-off Meeting, this workshop primarily aimed to translate the conducted needs analyses into a robust competency framework essential for the development of the joint Master’s program.
Participants engaged in intensive sessions focused on analyzing survey data, understanding foundational competency frameworks, and beginning the drafting process for both Finance and Technology competency structures. This collaborative effort is crucial for designing a curriculum that aligns with industry demands and academic excellence.
